  Exact pick-up details and time window will be provided after order confirmation.

Pick-Up Time Window:

• Orders are available for pick-up between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on your selected pick-up day.

Lead Time:

• Standard Orders: Please allow 3-4 days’ notice for preparation.

• Handcrafted with Care: All items are handcrafted and finished by hand to ensure the highest quality.

   

• Premium Ingredients: Pricing reflects the use of premium ingredients, exceptional baking skills, and small-batch production.

   

• Seasonal Ingredients: Availability and final pricing may vary depending on seasonal ingredients and market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your order.  

Late Pick-Up Policy:

• Please arrive within your scheduled pick-up window.

   

• If you’re running late, feel free to send a quick message – I understand that life happens and will do my best to accommodate you when possible.

   

• Orders that are not picked up within 30 minutes of the given time may be rescheduled for the next available pick-up day, based on availability.

No-Show Policy:

• All items are made fresh to order. If an order is not picked up and no communication is provided, it will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for refunds or remakes.

   

• If something unexpected comes up, please reach out before your pick-up time. Communication is always appreciated, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
